Udruga Mindfulness Hrvatska poziva vas na novi ciklus 8-tjednog tečaja koji će biti održan ONLINE uživo pod nazivom Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC), kreiran od Mindfulness Association – MA, Mindfulness saveza sa sjedištem u Velikoj Britaniji. Tečaj naglašava prakticiranje i primjenu mindfulnessa u svakodnevnom životu, a do sada se u Zagrebu odvijao vrlo uspješno u devet prethodnih ciklusa. Cijeli tečaj se provodi na engleskom jeziku pod vodstvom profesora emeritusa Dr Davida McMurtrya. Priključiti online tečaju se mogu zaniteresirani iz cijele Hrvatske ili šire. Maksimalan broj sudionika na tečaju je 25, a dostupna mjesta se popunjavaju po redosljedu prijave.
Uvodnik tečaja bit će održan online u ponedjeljak 04. 05. 2020., 19:00-21:00h
Uvodnik tečaja se ne plaća i služi kako bi svaki potencijalni sudionik mogao odlučiti želi li nastaviti program. Tada se ukratko predstavljaju cjeline i praksa mindfulnessa. Mindfulness Hrvatska: Introduction to Mindfulness Course
The udruga Mindfulness Hrvatska is pleased to offer in Zagreb an 8-week introductory course in mindfulness. The course, created by the UK-based Mindfulness Association (MA), is called the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC). The course has run very successfully in Zagreb on nine previous occasions since it was first introduced in 2017.
In response to the government’s Corona virus measures, this course will be ONLINE. We hope that there will be participants from anywhere in Croatia (or abroad), not just from Zagreb.

This course is for people with no prior experience of Mindfulness and also for people who already practice Mindfulness. It is a comprehensive introduction to practicing mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness is a secular practice which involves no religious beliefs or affiliations. The MBLC is being taught by Dr David McMurtry, an experienced mindfulness teacher, Emeritus University professor and currently President of ‘Mindfulness Hrvatska’. David lives in Zagreb.
The course will run on ONLINE live on Monday evenings from 19:00-21:00. The course is taught in English.
There is a free Introductory Session, which is a ‘taster’ of the course, to allow you to decide if you wish to continue with the MBLC or not. This Introductory Session is online on Monday 04 May 2020, 19:00-21:00. To register for the Introductory Session, please send an email to email@example.com. The available places are allocated to the first 25 people to register.
The dates and themes for the 8 weeks of the Mindfulness Based Living Course which follows the Introductory Session (all Monday evening except week 7, due to a holiday) are:
Week 1: 11.05.2020 – Start Where We Are Week 2: 18.05.2020 – The Body As A Place To Stay Present Week 3: 25.05.2020 – Introducing Mindfulness Support Week 4: 01.06.2020 – Working With Distraction Week 5: 08.06.2020 – Exploring The Undercurrent Week 6: 15.06.2020- Attitude Of The Observer Week 7: 23.06.2020 (Tuesday) – Self Acceptance Week 8: 29.06.2020 – A Mindfulness Based Life.
The course fee is 800 kunas / €120.00 for all 8 weeks (100 kunas / €15.00 for each session), paid in one or two payments. There is no fee for the Introductory Session.
Each week the course involves: – a two hour session online on Monday evening 19:00-21:00 – mindfulness practices to undertake throughout the week; – audio files of tutor-led practices to download; – a course handbook or manual (printed and/or PDF) – a follow up email every week of the course.
These are all included in the course fee. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a ‘certificate of completion’.
