In response to the current Covid 19/Corona virus situation, we are hosting the 8 session Compassion-Based Living Course (CBLC) course online.
The course makes it possible for you to experience compassion and to develop your mindfulness awareness and practice – which can be very beneficial, particularly in these challenging times.
To maximise the time and space you have to undertake regular compassion-based mindfulness practices and also to embed your mindfulness in daily living, we meet online every second week, on Friday evenings – first two sessions; then Thursday evenings from 19:00-21:00.
The course is taught in English and is led by David McMurtry. Anyone who has completed the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Living Course (MBLC) or ‘Being Present’ (Level 1 Mindfulness Course) is able to register for the CBLC.
We plan that the course will begin online on Friday 03 December 2021 at 19:00.
