We are pleased to be re-launching our new course MINDFUL COMMUNICATION, beginning in January 2022. To make it easier for participants to join, we have made some changes to the format of the course.
There are now two shorter courses (Mindful Communication 1 and 2), each of which have 4 sessions or workshops. Mindful Communication 2, which further develops your skills, will begin in September 2022.
We are living through particularly challenging times, and we all feel in some way the impact of the current pandemic wave and uncertainty. Research indicates that practicing mindfulness, having present moment awareness, and communicating mindfully, helps us to achieve our aims and preserve our well-being, particularly in times like these. Mindful Communication 1 is focused upon the development of communication skills which can make a positive difference in our lives – with family and friends, at home and at work.
